It is surrounded by vineyards and peaceful countryside, offering complete seclusion, yet within a few minutes reach of the bustling French town of Limoux and 30 minutes from the Mediaeval Castle and city of Carcassonne and its airport. It is also within 1 hr of Toulouse International airport and one and a half hours of the French Pyrenees.

It is simply ideal to rent any house, combination, or the entire complex. It is ideal for many uses, including business retreats , health retreat, sports , golf and ski-ing, short theme week-end breaks and self-catering holidays.

The grounds contain a swimming pool, barbeque area, top quality tennis court, lawns and gardens. From simple self-catering to a full residential catering and facilities management service - the choice is yours. Short weekend breaks (4/5 days) aimed at rest, relaxation and therapy offer participants the opportunity to experience a range of alternative therapies such as Reiki Healing, Indian Head Massage, Swedish Body Massage, Reflexology, Creative Visualisation, Art Workshops etc. For many weeks of the year, Maneque offers short weekend breaks with a theme e.g. Mediaeval History Tours and Shooting Parties (September through to December). This house is full of character, very large with an open plan kitchen dining and sitting  room area and central heating. there is also an outside patio sitting area. Beautiful views of the surrounding countryside.  Double bedroom with ensuite, conference room.
 
House 4
This house is a fine old house, detached, on two levels with attractive views and main entrance and parking from the small private road at the back. 1 double bedroom with ensuite, three single bedrooms, separate bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, lounge with tv and video.

Situated close to the medieval town, the Carcassonne Golf Club well deserves it's reputation as a course of international standard. Even the most experienced and demanding players will be seduced by the exceptionnal quality of it's fairways and the speed of it's greens. The course has been created using and respecting the manual rolling relief of the terrain, designed with elegance and balance, the magnificent panoramic views giving an extra pleasure and delight. It's 18 holes totalling 5800 metres, with a par of 71, are open all year round.
