Three hundred and fifty year old millhouse, originally used for grinding flour using the power of the parallel flowing river, it has now been fully restored into a beautiful and modern living space.Total construction size: 365m2 on 5000m2 terraced land with full water rights. The property is situated in the countryside, near to the beach but has its own private pool.

This old mill house has been lovingly rebuilt by its carpenter owner over the last 18 years and, with its high ceilings and wooden floors, is unique in this part of the world.

Located inland, 5 kilometers from the beach and town center (Villajoyosa, Alicante, Costa Blanca, Spain), its rural location guarantees peace and tranquility. Furnished in a comfortable but rustic style, all of the rooms are airy and spacious, even the kitchen that's almost big enough to play tennis in! Float in the private pool or sip cocktails watching the sun go down on the spacious balcony.

The house is very quiet & secluded in a pretty river valley yet only 35 mins drive to Alicante airport, 10 mins to beach & local historic fishing town & 15 mins drive to Benidorm & Theme Park. Surrounded by orange, lemon & almond trees, the perfect place place to get away from it all.

The upper 2 floors are available for holiday lets (sleep 7) with exclusive use of the pool

Javea Golf Course: Javea, 9 holes Par 72
Only 40 minutes drive from Can Sola. This course has a perfect microclimate all year round and is located in a wonderful natural setting surrounded by pinewoods. Although this 9 hole course is not very long it is certainly difficult as it is plagued by bunkers nearly all the way along. There are 24 in total.
