The Manor at West Haven is a new gated community with tree lined streets completed in 2005.  As well as tennis courts for guests there is also a play area suitable for small children. 

Excellent location only 7 miles from DisneyWorld; 1 mile from Champions Gate; 1.5 miles from Reunion resort (both having championship golf courses) and only 30 minutes from Orlando airport.

Accommodation

The villa has its own private, 30 x 15 foot heated pool, with separate 7 foot Jacuzzi. Extended patio around the pool. It also has a large lanai to provide shade from 10am onwards. Perfect for lazing and al fresco dining. Netting over pool, jacuzzi and lanai to protect against bugs. Situated within private garden. The pool has the benefit of the sun on it from sunrise until approximately 5pm. In accordance with Florida law, there is a child safety net sited around the pool area. Luxurious patio furniture available for your use.

The garage has been converted into a games room. This contains a pool table; table football; air hockey table; 52" TV and DVD player. It also has a bar table and stools. It is of course air-conditioned, like the rest of the house. Again, there is a ceiling fan for extra ventilation.
 
2 master suites, each with 'his and her' sinks, enclosed WC and separate shower cubicle. The main master suite has a King size bed and a tv in the bedroom, and a Roman Bath tub in the bathroom. Both suites have direct access to the pool area.

The 2 twin bedrooms share a 3rd bathroom, including a bath with a shower fitting over it. This leads directly onto the pool area, ideal when spending time around the pool. Large living area with comfy sofas and tv; dining room; luxury fitted kitchen with breakfast room leading off it. One of the sofas in the lounge converts into a bed for 2 extra guests if required. There are 3 hairdryers available for your use, so you won't have to bother taking your own and messing around with adaptors.

Free use of a new cot and highchair if required.
